Shopping with Preloved Branded you can be sure, that we show you the condition of the products very thoroughly on pictures and videos. If you have any further questions regarding the condition, please contact us before purchase.
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted the following policy.
I. Cancellation
Preloved Branded accepts order cancellation before the item is shipped out. We cannot cancel the order if the item has already been shipped out.
Preloved Branded also offers order changes before the item is shipped. We cannot make any changes to the order after the order has been shipped.
II. Return
Preloved Branded policy is valid for 7 days from the day that the package has been signed for delivery.
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns based on overall condition, as all items are pre-owned and their condition is thoroughly documented through detailed descriptions and photographs.
Return Criteria:
- Returns are accepted if:
- The item is proven to be non-authentic. Provide proof that the item isn't authentic.
- The received item is significantly different from its description and pictures.
- Item should still have its original packaging and all inclusions.
Please contact us for return information and we will send you a return label. After we receive and examine the item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved, once approved, we will process a full refund back to your original payment account.

III. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Preloved Branded will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refund will be processed.
